Terms of Service
1. Service scope
CiteCrest provides AI citation diagnostics, baseline audits, website content recommendations, source-layer task planning, and done-for-you execution for service businesses.
2. Visibility outcomes
We work to improve the likelihood that AI assistants can understand, mention, and cite your company. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, revenue, or platform behavior.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate company facts, proof assets, approvals, and website or publishing access when required. We may pause work if required materials or approvals are delayed.
4. Payment
Paid services are currently billed by PayPal invoice after scope confirmation. Work starts after payment or an agreed deposit is received.
